WOVEN by Design is more than a brand—it’s a movement. It was birthed from my own story as a minister, educator, and innovator, carrying the name Penelope, which means “weaver” and “innovative spirit.” The word WOVEN stands for Victory, Empowerment, and Newness. It reflects God’s promise to take every loose thread of your life and weave it into a completed masterpiece.

For years, I walked between two worlds: ministry and innovation. In ministry, I witnessed women broken by fear, trauma, and invisible struggles. In education and branding, I saw those same women struggle to show up confidently in their calling. God whispered: “Bring it together.” And so, WOVEN by Designs was born. A sacred space where women find healing in their souls and a strategy for their future.

was not called to blend in. I was called to build -ministries, movements, and brands that carry the fragrance of heaven. My journey is stitched with threads of trial and triumph, faith and fire, and each strand taught me how to help others rise. Whether in the pulpit, at a retreat, or in the creative space, I carry a mantle of clarity and a seal of authenticity.

The Significance of Seven The number 7 is woven into the fabric of my life. As the 7th child in my family, I carry a living reminder of biblical completion, wholeness, and divine alignment. That’s why everything we do at WOVEN is built around sevens:
